Clay Kiefaber is a Cabinet Group Vice President at Masco Corporation. Joining Masco’s Merillat Industries cabinet company in 1989 as Director of Just-In-Time Planning, Kiefaber served in a variety of operations management positions including Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President. He was named President of Merillat in 1998.
Prior to joining Merillat, Kiefaber was with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) serving as a Senior Manager in the firm’s Advanced Manufacturing Group. He also held sales and marketing positions with Harris Corporation, Hewlett-Packard and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mr. Kiefaber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami of Ohio in 1978 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 1981.
Mr. Kiefaber is President of the Boys and Girls Club of Lenawee County and is active with Junior Achievement. He resides with his wife Leslie and their sons Zachary, 11, and Grant, 7, in Adrian, Michigan.
